Thrive Education is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our growing team, supporting fantastic nurseries and pre-schools across Gloucester

Whether you're a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Practitioner
, an experienced Nursery Assistant, or have a background in Early Years, we'd love to hear from you!
No two days are the same! One day you could be helping settle new starters into a baby room, and the next you'll be leading messy play, story time or outdoor adventures with a preschool group.
We work with a range of welcoming Early Years settings across Gloucester, offering everything from:
- Day-to-day supply cover.
- Short-term and long-term placements.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities.
- Flexible work around childcare, studies or other commitments.
