The Turbine O&M Technician supports the Turbine O&M Team in the delivery of specific projects. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, resolve ongoing issues, and implement improvements. A technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems, preferably within a turbine discipline, is required.

• Provide technical assistance to resolve ongoing issues and implement improvements.
• Support high‑quality maintenance activities and contribute to business development.
• Communicate effectively (written & verbal) and interface with customers at site level.
• Prepare Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and other client‑required procedures.
• Maintain a high level of Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental awareness.
• Travel within the UK & Ireland as required.

• Mechanical or Electrical fault finding
• Use of Hydraulic tooling
• Blade repairs
• Good written & verbal communication
• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Experience with turbine O&M (e.g., Vestas Technologies)
• Team leadership and subcontractor coordination
• Health & Safety awareness (RA, CoSSH, MS)
• Working knowledge of gearbox inspections, vibration analysis, ultrasound, bore scope, and thermal imaging
• Blade repair experience
• Capability to lead component replacements and conduct technical audits

• Wind turbine maintenance
• Large component exchange
• Heavy lifting management
• Working at height

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Qualification (minimum Level 3 NVQ)
