The Role As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering a wide range of services across the UK and occasionally overseas. You’ll work on high-impact projects with long-standing clients in healthcare, education, and the public sector. Your responsibilities will include:
Building pathology investigations, condition and measured surveys Contract administration and refurbishment project management Technical due diligence and compliance reporting Framework agreements with major clients Opportunities for international assignments  

What You’ll Bring Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline MRICS Chartered (or working towards) – CIOB also considered Strong technical knowledge and report writing skills Experience in professional services and project delivery Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and client-facing skills  4715186
