Due to ongoing expansion, we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a UK-based project, working in a 6:2 rotation system.
This role offers a unique mix of on-site coordination, project administration, and close cooperation with clients and internal teams.
- Readiness to work on-site in the UK in a 6:2 rotation system;
- UK driving licence (mandatory);
- Very good level of English;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and a structured way of working;
- Cost-conscious and efficiency-driven mindset;
- Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions;
- Experience in the wind industry or renewable energy sector is a strong plus, but we will also consider candidates without previous wind industry experience;
- Experience in manpower coordination will be an asset.
- On-site project execution in the UK;
- Coordinating and reporting in the following areas: travel & accommodation, fleet, tools & equipment, manpower, subcontractors;
- Project planning and schedule control;
- Monitoring project progress and reporting deviations;
- Daily representation of Fair Wind towards clients on-site and building long-term relationships;
- Establishing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets;
- Managing and maintaining project documentation;
- Project cost management with a strong focus on cost efficiency;
- Performing site inspections.
