Role OverviewJoin a leading player in the energy sector and play a key role in shaping long‑term power offtake strategies in Spain. We are looking for a Senior PPA Negotiation Specialist to strengthen our commercial capabilities and lead complex PPA transactions. This is a high‑impact opportunity for someone with strong experience negotiating Power Purchase Agreements and a deep understanding of the Spanish energy market.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end negotiation of physical and financial PPAs with utilities, corporates, traders, and other offtakers.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle: structuring, negotiation, drafting, and execution.
- Provide commercial insights on pricing, market trends, and regulatory changes in Spain.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with legal, technical, financial, and development teams.
- Act as a key reference point internally for PPA structuring and negotiation strategy.
- 3-4 years of independent PPA negotiation experience in Spain.
- Proven track record of closing PPA agreements end‑to‑end.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish energy market, pricing, and regulation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, self‑driven mindset with the ability to own deals from start to finish.
