We're looking for a Senior Digital Construction Coordinator to join our construction team based in Stepps.

Location: Stepps (office) / Hybrid

Hours: 37.5 per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

The Senior Digital Construction Coordinator will play a key role in driving the digital construction agenda across Kier Construction projects. You will coordinate, implement, and manage Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital workflows, ensuring compliance with project and business standards. Acting as a subject matter expert, you'll support project teams to maximise efficiencies, improve collaboration, and deliver high‑quality digital outputs aligned with ISO 19650 and Kier's digital strategy.

What

will you be responsible for?
  • Leading BIM and digital coordination activities across multiple projects or large, complex schemes.
  • Developing, managing, and implementing BIM Execution Plans whilst ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
  • Overseeing model federation, coordination and clash detection using tools such as Revizto, Navisworks, or Solibri.
  • Managing the production of end‑of‑stage and handover digital deliverables, including model and COBie data.
  • Acting as the primary digital construction lead within project teams, engaging with design teams, consultants and supply chain partners.
What are we looking for?
  • You hold a degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • You have proven experience in a Digital Construction or BIM Coordinator role within construction or engineering.
  • You possess strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM/Information Management processes.
  • You're proficient in key software including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks/Solibri, and Common Data Environments.
  • You have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to coordinate meetings and influence project teams.
