Jacobs is seeking an Associate Director – Substations (Primary Design) in the UK to lead FEED and detailed design for HV substations (132kV–400kV), AIS/GIS, HVDC, and storage projects. You will drive quality, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and client engagement on major national grid and DNO schemes.
You will mentor engineers, shape technical standards, and support business development while operating in a hybrid UK role with strong collaboration across regions.
