As an Electrical Site Manager
, you'll:

• Manage and supervise all electrical works on new installation sites
• Work hands-on alongside supervisors to maintain safe and efficient site operations
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings for site teams
• Support the Installation Team Manager and Operations Manager with day-to-day people management matters on site
• Work directly with the Project Engineer/Manager to keep delivery on schedule
• Embed Powersystems' commitment to Health, Safety and Wellbeing within site teams

• 3+ years' experience managing sites involving complex electrical installations
• Completed SMSTS training
• The ability to establish rapport quickly and earn the respect of site employees
• Electrical qualifications or experience would be desirable
• Experience of new installations in the energy sector would be advantageous
• A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK

• OTE up to £85,000 with profit share
