With full ownership of the product roadmap and strategy, you’ll drive innovation and value engineering for both new and existing equipment. Working on complex projects, you’ll define and lead development efforts, translating business needs into technical solutions. Your insights will shape product development and long‑term technology strategies.

You’ll also champion safety and lean principles, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

• Proven experience leading design and development teams across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
• Hands‑on experience managing new product design and development projects, delivering innovative solutions to market.
• Degree‑level qualification in mechanical engineering, controls engineering, or product design engineering.
• Experience in designing capital equipment or factory automation, driving technical advancements.
