Structural Design Engineer

Structural Design Engineer  Scotstoun, Glasgow  12-month Contract (Inside IR35) ⏰ 37 hrs/week  £30.80 PAYE or £41.41 Umbrella Working Arrangements: 2 days on site per week BAE Systems Naval Ships is looking for an experienced Detail Designer with experience in Outfit and Structures Design . You'll deliver complex detail design solutions, assure quality, and act as a technical role model within the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and verify high-quality detail design outputs Conduct audits, checks, and quality assurance activities Coach and mentor designers and early-career colleagues Support Team Leads and engage with engineering stakeholders Act as technical authority for assigned systems or compartments

About You:
