A leading provider of innovative laser systems is seeking an experienced NPI Cross-site Engineer to facilitate the transfer of products from design to manufacturing across their Glasgow and Kaiserslautern sites. The role involves introduction and transfer of new laser products, supporting pilot phases, and improving manufacturing KPIs. Candidates should have a relevant degree, excellent communication skills, and be able to travel to Germany.

Ideal for those with a background in laser development or manufacturing.
