What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire a team of Manufacturing & Technical Engineers to deliver world-class manufacturing solutions.

Drive continuous improvement strategies, implementing lean methodologies to reduce scrap, improve lead times, and optimize efficiency.

Collaborate with Production, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless design-for-manufacturing and operational excellence.

Manage new product introductions, ensuring smooth transition from concept to production readiness.

You should

Have proven and experienced in manufacturing engineering within a fast-paced, dynamic environment where new product introduction is a constant part of the landscape.

Be an expert in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and project management.

Be knowledgeable about CAD, engineering life cycles, and quality management systems.

Be an accomplished leader passionate about mentoring and developing a high-performing engineering team.

Have a results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation, efficiency, and cost reduction.
