An established and growing infrastructure contractor is seeking Quantity Surveyors at all levels to join its expanding commercial teams across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organisation delivering high-profile highways, public realm, structural maintenance and specialist civil engineering projects nationwide.
Whether you are an experienced Quantity Surveyor, an Assistant QS looking to progress, or ready to step into a Senior role, we are keen to speak with commercially driven professionals who want to contribute to complex and meaningful infrastructure schemes.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in the commercial management of projects, ensuring financial control, value optimisation and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:

* Managing project costs from tender through to final account

* Preparing and agreeing valuations, variations and final accounts

* Subcontract procurement and commercial management

* Cost forecasting, reporting and budget control

* Identifying and managing commercial risk

* Supporting contract administration under NEC contracts

* Working collaboratively with operational teams and clients
Projects span highways maintenance, public realm, structural refurbishment and specialist infrastructure works.
About You

* Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within civil engineering, highways or infrastructure

* Knowledge of NEC contracts (essential for senior positions)

* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

* Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams

* Degree qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

* RICS / CIOB membership (or working towards) is advantageous
