• Oversee two direct reports while collaborating with on-site functions such as R&D, NPI, Maintenance, and QHSE.
• Manage budget and financial planning.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Conduct departmental audits.
• Ensure technical compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Co‑train and mentor staff.
• Perform other related duties as required.
