This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering geologist or geotechnical engineer looking for a new position in the ground investigation industry. The specialist contractors, based just outside of Glasgow are seeking an ambitious engineer join the team on a range of positions across the Central Belt. You’ll be provided with industry leading training, varied work and excellent opportunities to apply your skills to.

• A top salary (£28,000 – £32,000), plus pay for overtime.

• Overseeing ground investigations and piling work.
• Borehole logging and coring.
• Soil sampling.
• Factual report writing.
• Complying with health and safety practices.
• Liaising with team members.

• A degree in a relevant subject, for example geology, geotechnical engineering, geography or civil engineering.
• Prior experience in geotechnical engineering, geo-environmental engineering or engineering geology is essential.
• You must also live commutable to Glasgow, hold a full UK driving licence (travelling to site will be essential) and have a full right to work in the UK.
