Our international client is seeking a Process Development Engineer to join the Technology Development team at the Glasgow site. This role focuses on optimising semiconductor processes and ensuring module-level specifications are achieved for discrete products. They are looking for a results-driven professional with strong technical expertise and analytical skills.
Responsibilities- Process Module Development:
Define and develop key process modules in any areas of patterning, etching, deposition, or metrology, ensuring they meet target specifications for performance and reliability. - Process Optimisation, Design of Experiments (DOE), Data Analysis, defect and Failure Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor process technology and device physics.
- Experience in defining and optimising process modules (patterning, etching, deposition, metrology).
- Familiarity with DOE and statistical tools.
- Hands‑on experience with semiconductor process equipment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and technical reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
