At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. This role is in BGEN, one of the UK’s largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors.

You will lead your team to deliver projects safely and efficiently, acting as the trusted point of contact for the client.

Champion excellent health, safety, environmental standards and well‑being while creating a genuinely positive service experience.

Work collaboratively to help the client meet key performance goals and maintain strong, open relationships.

Take ownership of monthly CVR performance, partnering with senior leaders to achieve turnover and EBITDA targets.

Build long‑lasting client relationships and provide thoughtful, effective solutions that truly support their needs.

• Strong commercial awareness and a positive, solutions‑focused mindset
• Appreciation for MEICA design and build projects, including modular off‑site approaches
• Supportive leadership experience within utility contracting or similar environments
• Commitment to continuous improvement and encouraging others to grow
• Clear understanding of CDM regulations and the responsibilities of each duty holder
• Helpful knowledge of standard form contracts, with NEC4 experience especially valued
