About the Company Our client is an international technology and energy infrastructure organisation supporting the development of next-generation digital infrastructure across Europe, Asia and other global markets. Driven by strong investment and long-term growth plans within the AI and data centre sector, the business is expanding its engineering capability and seeking an experienced AIDC Project Solutions Manager.
About the RoleThis role combines technical expertise, customer engagement and project development support across a portfolio of strategic data centre opportunities. You will work closely with customers, consultants, engineering teams and project stakeholders to deliver innovative critical power solutions for hyper scale AI-driven facilities.
Responsibilities- Support the technical development of data centre projects from feasibility through to implementation.
- Gather and analyse customer requirements to develop tailored technical solutions.
- Prepare and review technical proposals, tenders and supporting documentation.
- Lead technical discussions with customers and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate engineering activities across multiple project phases.
- Identify technical risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Work with product and R&D teams to support innovation and future solution development.
- Prepare technical agreements and project documentation.
- Support regional and international business growth initiatives.
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Automation or a related field.
- Experience with in data centres, critical infrastructure, power electronics or energy storage sectors.
- Understanding of UPS, HVDC, battery technologies, power conversion systems or critical power environments.
- Strong project development and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work effectively across international teams and projects.
