The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in driving safety, compliance, and best practice on a significant project currently in its site set-up phase, with main works commencing soon. The project will involve multiple subcontractors on site.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee and develop junior Health & Safety Officers, bringing strong guidance and construction expertise—particularly from a civil engineering background.

• Lead, manage, and mentor on-site Health & Safety team members
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust H&S systems and procedures
