We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Revit Technician to join our clients growing Building Services team. Working alongside M&E design engineers, you will be responsible for producing high-quality BIM models and technical drawings for various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about BIM technology to join a leading Glasgow based engineering consultancy.

Due to the nature of work involved candidates must be able to obtain SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed MEP Revit models and coordinated drawings in accordance with project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain BIM models throughout all project stages, from concept through to construction.
  • Prepare layouts, schematics, sections, and technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems.
  • Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and other design disciplines.
  • Participate in clash detection exercises and model coordination meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements.
  • Manage and update project documentation and drawing registers.
  • Support engineers with design development and technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an MEP Revit Technician within the building services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health building services.
  • Experience using Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
  • Ability to produce accurate and coordinated technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
