AECOM’s Structures team is looking for passionate Principal and Associate Structural Engineers who thrive on tackling complex challenges and inspiring others. These aren’t “cog in the machine” roles—you’ll lead, mentor, and make a real impact. From guiding junior engineers to acting as the structural lead on diverse projects, you’ll collaborate across a multidisciplinary network spanning civil, structural, MEICA, hydraulic modelling, and digital engineering.

QualificationsReady to push the limits of what’s possible?
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Degree (or equivalent) in Civil and/or Structural Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Experience in the design and construction of reinforced concrete structures and structural steelwork
