Spacecraft Operations Engineer | Glasgow (Onsite with Hybrid Flexibility)

Are you passionate about space technology and mission operations? We're looking for a Spacecraft Operations Engineer to join an innovative team delivering cutting‑edge satellite missions from launch through to routine operations.

You'll play a key role in spacecraft commissioning, in‑orbit testing, mission planning, spacecraft health monitoring, anomaly investigation, and the continuous improvement of mission operations and automation.

• Lead spacecraft commissioning and in‑orbit testing.
• Command and monitor live satellite missions.
• Investigate and resolve spacecraft anomalies.
• Develop operational procedures and automation tools.
• Support ground testing, mission planning and readiness activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Experience in spacecraft, satellite or mission operations (or a similar aerospace environment).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Python or scripting experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of ground segment systems, Earth Observation, flight dynamics or RF/DSP is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
