This is a key position within engineering enabling the department to fully focus on delivering a first‑class customer service.

Here at Flogas we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio‑fuels and renewable gases.

• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and procedures and offer solutions for improvement to deliver a first‑class customer service to our customers and Network.
• Arrange and manage Technical Service resources to attend customer sites and depots to carry out reactive/planned and project work and report on the status of these work orders to the business.
• liaise with other departments to ensure communication channels are maintained to provide the best possible service to internal and external end users.
• Work with wider stakeholders to advance utilisation and improvement of the Asset Management system (Maximo).
• Raise, approve purchase orders, and close against invoices/completed works.
• Assist in the implementation and development of performance reports for Engineering resources.

• High level of dependability and professionalism under pressure; can work unsupervised and be self‑motivated.

• Ability and confidence to chair weekly and ad‑hoc meetings with key stakeholders.
