Quantity Surveyor

At Emtec Energy, we're helping businesses take control of their energy future through the design and delivery of large-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage projects as well as complex energy infrastructure schemes. We're playing a key role in the UK's transition to net zero.

As our project portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered successfully from both a commercial and financial perspective.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, helping to ensure projects are commercially robust, financially controlled and positioned for success.

Youll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and the wider commercial team, providing valuable insight, managing risk, protecting margins and supporting project delivery from award through to completion.

Whether its producing accurate forecasts, managing subcontractors, valuing variations or supporting NEC contract administration, youll be a trusted commercial partner helping our teams make informed decisions every step of the way.
