Engineering Delivery Manager

Role Overview

The Systems Engineering Delivery Manager leads multiple future capability projects, delivering engineering and technical solutions within scope, budget, and schedule.

• Lead and govern multiple multi‑functional teams.
• Keep projects on budget and control cost.
• Mitigate and manage risks to the lowest possible level.
• Own engineering resources and manage staffing.
• Track plans against progress and milestones.
• Identify potential opportunities to benefit the projects.
• Ensure technical and engineering aspects of projects are delivered appropriately.

• A HNC / HND / FD or Bachelor's degree in an engineering subject.

• Engineering Management
• Project Management (critical path control, risk understanding)
• Experience as an engineer in Hardware, Software or Systems engineering.
• Full knowledge of the V‑lifecycle.
• Leadership and Management
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Resource and Integrated Business Planning.

• Air Defence Systems.
• Dismounted Man‑PADS.
• In‑Service and Future development.
• Defence background.
• MOD experience.

• Engineering Management and problem solving.
• Systems Engineering (MBSE desirable).
• Leadership & Management.
• Resource and Integrated Business Planning.
• Marine / Air defence projects desirable.

• Eligibility for SC clearance.
• 3 days per week onsite required.
