• We’re looking for a driven HSE Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping to facilitate sage working practices across H&MV sites. You'll work closely with teams, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure safety as a priority on-site.
• The HSE Advisor (Pre-Construction) is responsible for supporting the safe planning, design, and mobilisation of projects in compliance with UK HSE legislation, including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM).
• The role focuses on early risk identification, design risk management, and ensuring health, safety, and environmental considerations are embedded from concept through to construction readiness.

• Pre-Construction Planning & Risk Management Support the integration of HSE requirements during the project planning and design stages CDM Compliance & Coordination
• Review and provide input into Pre-Construction Information (PCI), ensure cooperation and coordination between designers, contractors, and stakeholders Documentation & Assurance
• prepare Construction Phase Plans (CPP) and project-specific HSE plans, Review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a key HSE contact during pre-construction, promote early engagement and visible HSE leadership and provide clear, practical HSE advice to support decision-making Assurance & Readiness
• Participate in pre-start HSE reviews and readiness assessments
