Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Certain Advantage are hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Edinburgh on a permanent basis.

MEP experience within data centre projects is strongly preferred.

Were working with a successful global consulting and project management firm specialising in real estate, infrastructure, and construction. It helps clients plan, design, and deliver complex buildings and urban developments from early feasibility studies all the way through to completion and operation.

The company is known for combining engineering expertise with sustainability and digital innovation. It often works on large-scale projects like corporate headquarters, hospitals, airports, and smart city developments, ensuring theyre efficient, environmentally responsible, and future ready.

• Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects
• Provide expert commercial and financial guidance to clients
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studies
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments
• Maximise cost efficiency and project profitability
• Manage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business

Salary: £60000 – £75000/annum
