What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing and contributing to various stages of Ground Engineering deliverables, supporting the company's growth across a number of sectors including power, rail, highways, life sciences, nuclear, and aviation.
  • Undertaking the design and specification of Ground Engineering activities.
  • Supporting the development of Ground Engineering service capabilities across Baker Hicks' geographic locations.

  • A 2:1 degree in a relevant subject such as Civil Engineering or Earth Sciences. Preferably, you will hold an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology.

Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term.
