Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality factual and interpretative geotechnical reports.
- Review and interpret site investigation data, including logs, laboratory results, and monitoring records.
- Manage project data and develop factual logs and preliminary ground models.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, maintaining the accuracy and reliability of project deliverables.
- Coordinate laboratory testing programmes and support borehole design where required.
- Provide technical support for tenders, including scope development, cost estimates, and technical submissions.
- Degree qualified in a relevant geotechnical, geological, or engineering discipline.
- Proven experience within the Ground Investigation industry, producing high-quality factual reports and GIRs.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical investigation techniques, soil mechanics, geology, and relevant industry standards.
- Knowledge of ICC Ground Investigation contracts, NEC3/NEC4, and CDM 2015 Regulations.
- Excellent technical report-writing, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong client relationships.
