Heres what youll do:
Digital Delivery:
Responsible for developing design outputs frominitialconcepts through to fully detailed design deliverables
Utilise Digital Tools:
Encourage the use of digital tools to review influence and enhance design quality processes
Champion BIM:
Promote articulate and lead BIM behaviours on the projects
Coordinate project Deliverables:
Support coordination of deliverables for multiple projects ensuring completion within budget. Provide support andmanagementofprojectresourcestofacilitateproduction of deliverables
Team Relationship:
Beproactivein relationships with internal project stakeholders reporting progress of highlighting any technical issues fortimelyresolution
Maintain Standards:
Support theCAD LeadinmaintainingCAD standards best practices and processes for modelling content creation and advanced digital developments
Design Team Meetings:
Activelyparticipateand input to design team meetings bringing with you a digital by default mindset championing the use of 3D model reviews and markups
Mentor Junior Technicians:
Work across the Scotland offices supporting junior Revit Technicians from a technical perspective

Qualifications :
Ready to push the limits of whats possible
Heres what were looking for:
Certified minimum of HND or Equivalent in an engineering discipline
Civil/Structural Engineering
Project Information Delivery:
Experience in delivering project information in accordance withBIM standards
Software Proficiency:
Proficient in using Civil 3d or Revit with experience invalidating and coordinating models in Navisworks or similar software.(minimum5years of experience)
Common Data Environment
Experience:
Experience working in a Common Data Environment such as Project Wise Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar
