Bacardi is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to support our UK and ROI manufacturing sites in achieving NET ZERO objectives. This role focuses on regulatory permitting, effluent and water compliance, emissions tracking, and audits across whisky, gin distilleries, maturation sites, and bottling operations.
Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing, with strong regulatory knowledge (SEPA/EA/EPA) and a proven ability to drive
