Let us introduce the role:

To deliver Manufacturing Engineering in support of AWE Programmes; will apply Engineering methods, tools and processes to engineering tasks. Deliver engineering solutions that will maximise productivity, reliability, innovation and quality to the business.

Key Accountabilities:

Deliver engineering solutions that meet safety and performance requirements

Comply with the design intent across the full engineering lifecycle

Plan and execute tasks in order to deliver agreed objectives to time, requirements, quality and cost Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality

Additional accountabilities for this job profile may be defined and appointed through the Chief Engineer Management Arrangements, with appointees contained within the Company Design Authorities and Technical Authorities listing, as held in the company management system.

Essential Criteria :

Compliance with Licence Conditions/ Authorisation Conditions, legislation and regulationsONC/HNC/HND/NVQ3/NVQ4 level in a STEM vocational qualification supported by considerable practical experience.

Proven track record of technical delivery and continuous improvement

Technical awareness of product/domain

Following Company processes and ensuring Management System is kept up to date.

Teamwork

Good communications

Competent in IT, including systems covering standard office software and engineering tools and applications

Lead by example with regard to positive behaviours and safety culture.
