Belcan, a Cognizant company, is seeking a Senior Stress Engineer to join the Glasgow team. You will specialise in the structural integrity of rotating gas turbine components and lead advanced FEA and lifing tasks.
You will work on complex stress analyses (static, fatigue, creep, vibration) using ANSYS, ABAQUS and meshing tools (NX or Hyper Mesh), and present findings to stakeholders and airworthiness authorities.
