At BAM, we have an exciting opportunity within our Ground Engineering business unit for a Contracts Manager to lead our geotechnical operations across Scotland and northern England.
This key role will involve building and maintaining strong, customer-focused relationships, growing and leading a high-performing regional team, and ensuring the safe and successful delivery of projects employing a wide range of specialist geotechnical techniques including piling, ground anchors, rock and soil slope stabilisation and ground improvement.
If you're a strategic thinker with proven experience in leading geotechnical or infrastructure project delivery, and you're passionate about safety, collaboration, developing your team and driving results, we'd love to hear from you.
Your team
- Reporting to the UK Geotechnical Manager, you will be based from Kilsyth, Scotland with this dynamic role requiring frequent visits to clients and projects across Scotland and northern England, as well as visits to collaborate with colleagues in other regions across the UK.
