Core Responsibilities- Create a welcoming Lobby:
Take pride in setting up and maintaining the reception space to ensure it feels warm and inviting for Clients and Tenants. - Greet and assist Visitors:
Welcome visitors with a smile and help them feel at home—be the friendly face of the building! - Represent the Client with care:
Show professionalism and knowledge while representing the Client, making everyone feel valued.
- Team up with Building Management:
Collaborate with Building Management to ensure contractors are doing their best work and lend a helping hand with any extra tasks. - Address issues with care:
Report any concerns and follow through to resolve them smoothly and efficiently. - Stay proactive in problem‑solving:
Approach challenges with a positive attitude, always looking for creative solutions.
- Plan exciting Events & Activations:
Get creative by organising fun activities like pop-up markets, food stalls, and charity drives. - Share the buzz on social media:
Keep everyone updated by posting all the latest site events, news, and activities on your building social media channel. - Meet our goals together:
Let’s achieve our KPIs and SLAs whilst sharing feedback and ideas for improvements along the way. - Ensure a Gold Standard
