We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join the team on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis until 30/06/26, with the opportunity to extend beyond this. The team is based in Glasgow but operates a flexible hybrid working model.

Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely workflow of Accounts Receivable processes.
- Motivate and supervise a team of 3, including annual performance reviews, coaching, and development.
- Review aged debtors, monitor ageing, account balances and problem accounts, send out reminders for overdue accounts and liaise with the relevant ACCA departments on aged debt. Monitor escalation process for non‑payment of debt managed by the Financial Operations team, including engaging external legal support when necessary.
- Close and reconcile the sales ledger systems.
- Issue consolidated monthly debt reports.
- KPI reporting.
- Support the Head of Financial Operations, Head of Financial Shared Services and Director – Finance to achieve the directorate’s strategic outcomes and measures.
- Demonstrates strong Accounts Receivable Manager or Team Leader skills and experience.
- Can work within a fast‑paced and changing environment, working under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Has experience of managing a team during significant change of systems or processes.
- Is comfortable interacting and influencing across different business areas, supplier organisations and all levels of seniority.
- Can represent the voice of the Accounts Receivable team in internal business discussions and decisions.
