About the roleWe're hiring a Programme Manager to oversee a portfolio of Finance Systems initiatives at enterprise scale. You'll set governance, drive delivery to time, cost and quality, and ensure tangible business benefits and high user adoption across multiple concurrent projects.

What you'll do

• Lead complex programmes across ERP/Finance domains (GL, P2P, O2C, RTR)
• Own programme governance: reporting, gate reviews, risks/issues, dependencies
• Align stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Technology and Finance
• Manage supplier/partner commercials to support effective delivery
• Track benefits, adoption, and outcomes; course-correct where needed

What you'll bring

• Proven background in technology programme management in enterprise environments
• Proven delivery of finance technology programmes (ERP/GL/P2P/O2C/RTR)
• APM/PMI certification (practitioner desirable)
• Strong stakeholder, presentation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid delivery models
• Structured approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Awareness of SOX-aligned controls or regulated environments (desirable)

Working modelHybrid with 2-3 days/week in their Glasgow office. You'll partner closely with a wider Finance-led programme.
