Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Insolvency Manager to lead our insolvency and restructuring operations. The successful candidate will oversee complex insolvency cases, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to navigate challenging financial situations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The Insolvency Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining our organisation’s reputation for professional excellence in insolvency services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage insolvency cases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Analyse financial data and legal documentation
  • Utilise CRM tools to track case progress, manage client information, and generate reports for senior management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on professional growth.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities within each case to optimise outcomes for clients.
  • Present complex information clearly and persuasively to clients, legal professionals, and court authorities.
  • Stay abreast of legislative changes affecting insolvency procedures and ensure organisational compliance at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within financial or legal sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and legal documents effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
