Are you a qualified accountant looking for a contract role where you can make an immediate impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

Managing month-end close activities with precision and efficiency
Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations post month-end
Supporting statutory accounts preparation and meeting regulatory deadlines
Responding to external audit queries and ensuring robust financial controls
Collaborating with operational teams to enhance financial reporting and performance
Driving improvements in financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

Fully qualified accountant and registered with recognised accounting body, with 1-2 years post-qualification experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Proactive, methodical approach with flexibility to support ad hoc tasks
Solid knowledge of financial systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and drive continuous improvement
