Mortgage Case Manager

Overview

This is a full-time, permanent Mortgage Administrator position based in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire
, offering a salary of £35,000 per year plus a bonus scheme.

• Location: Hamilton office (In-person)
• Salary: £35,000 per year + generous bonus scheme
• Hours: Approx. 40 hours/week (Mon-Thu: 9 am-5 pm, Fri: 8 am-3 pm)
• Start Date: ASAP

• Case Management: Progressing mortgage applications from submission to legal completion.
• Support: Providing administrative support to the sales team and liaising with Mortgage Advisers
• Communication: Acting as the primary contact for client, lender, and conveyancer queries
• Compliance: Ensuring all files and activities meet regulatory requirements
• System Maintenance: Updating and maintaining CRM systems and client file

• Experience: Proven administration experience within a mortgage or financial services environment (2+ years preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and IT skills (Excel and Word)
• Knowledge: Experience in packaging 2nd charge mortgages is beneficial
• Attributes: High attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team player
