Lusona Consultancy are Exclusively partnering with a Construction & Property Management organisation in Glasgow as they recruit for an Operational Finance Manager. Our client are an ethical business with over 25 years experience in their profession and exciting growth plans to recruit an Operational Finance Manager in Glasgow.

This is a permanent role offering £48,000 - £54,000+ benefits which include 12.5% bonus, 2 days office working, 8% pension contribution and private health care.

This is a Commercial Finance role working across a range of clients and projects where the Finance Manager will work as part of a team of 14. You will be responsible for delivering detailed Management Accounts and variance analysis, working with operational managers and presenting financial results to the board of directors. You will be involved in overseeing the end-end delivery of statutory accounts and management accounts, providing detailed analysis from cashflow forecasting and modelling across a range of entities and producing a group consolidation.

Our client are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to progress their career in a challenging and rewarding environment where you will gain exposure to a diverse range of stakeholders and projects. This role would suit a fully qualified accountant newly qualified to 2-3 years post qualification either coming from practice or industry with a desire to be involved in an end-end finance function with ownership of a variety of projects.
