Financial Accountant

HRC Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a global organisation based in the Glasgow area. I am currently looking to speak with newly qualified accountants for an exciting Accountant opportunity within a high-performing finance team.

My client operates a hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days home) and offers flexible working hours. On offer is a highly competitive salary of up to £50,000 + bonus, alongside a strong benefits package.

• Own US GAAP EMEA reporting
• Analyse P&L and balance sheet movements
• Review and approve month-end close
• Resolve GL and reconciliation issues
• Deliver balance sheet insights to stakeholders
• Act as a trusted finance business partner
• Ensure accurate, on-time reporting
  
  Drive process improvement initiatives

• First-time mover from practice, ideally from a Top 10 firm
• Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to develop and learn
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders
