FP&A Accountant

Lusona Consultancy are Exclusively partnered with a our client in the Service sector to recruit a Senior Management Accountant which sits within a wider FP&A team. Our client are based in Glasgow offering a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office with offering career development and progression for the successful candidate. This is a brand new role in the structure and would be suited to an experienced Qualified Management Accountant with experience in a complex organisation and strong communication skills.

The salary on offer is between £55,000 - £58,000 per annum plus 35 days annual leave and a 35 hour working week.

The Senior Management Accountant will report to the FP&A manager and will work alongside the management accounts and business partnering team. This is a broad role encompassing cash‑flow management, financial modelling and business planning and developing commercial insight. The Senior Management Accountant will provide collaboration between data management, finance and commercial teams to provide insight and analysis to increase revenue across a multi‑site environment.

• Budgeting, Forecasting and Cash flow analysis across multiple entities
• Management Accounting & Consolidated accounts with supporting narrative
• Financial modelling & scenario planning
• Extensive Analysis of income and revenue generation
• Collaborating with commercial teams to enhance Business intelligence information
• Utilising/developing the financial planning system across the team

• Qualified/Part Qualified accountant
• Experience in financial modelling, planning & forecasting
• Advanced Excel and systems improvement experience
