Location:

Brew Dog HQ, Ellon.

Perform accounts receivable duties, manage a large sales ledger that includes international and domestic customers, ensure invoices are paid on time, resolve invoice queries, and maintain the pricing approval process.

• Manage accounts receivable ledger and keep customer ledgers up to date and reconciled.
• Resolve invoice queries and collaborate closely with sales and logistics teams.
• Maintain the pricing approval process and accurately upload customer pricing to the system.
• Handle banking, process invoices, create new customer accounts, conduct credit checks and recommend credit limits.
• Maintain master data, manage the mailbox, journals, and perform general administrative duties.

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Curious, determined to solve problems, and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starting, able to build strong relationships with customers and across the business.
• Not afraid to challenge current practices and recommend process improvements.
• Good Excel capabilities and strong attention to detail.
• Experience using SAP preferred.
