Senior Management Accountant

Reporting to the Financial Controller and Finance Director, you will provide financial oversight and drive system optimisations. This role involves partnering with department managers to improve automation, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency across the organisation.

• Prepare monthly management accounts with a focus on inventory reconciliation and cost of sales.
• Produce performance dashboards and provide insightful narrative commentary.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage VAT returns, insurance reconciliations, and licensing compliance.
• Prepare statutory year-end accounts and audit schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional managers to deliver clear financial insights.

• Qualified: ICAS, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience: Proven Management Accounting background.
• Technical: Advanced Excel and strong financial systems skills.
• Attributes: Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach.
• Location: On-site full-time in Glasgow City Centre.
