Assistant Tax Manager

Our client is a well established mid tier practice with modern professional offices based in central Glasgow.

They now seek to recruit an experience Personal Tax Assistant Manager to manage an existing portfolio of clients covering personal tax planning to self assessment and the management and review of work performed by Personal Tax Assistants.

Personal Tax Assistant Manager Duties
-Responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients including high net worth, self employed and owner managed businesses
-Supervision of work performed by tax assistants as well as coaching and mentoring
-Conduct client meetings to discuss individual tax affairs and provide advice where necessary
-Ad hoc technical "one off " assignments
-Participate in business development

Personal Tax Assistant Manager Requirements
-Professionally qualified CTA or qualified by experience
-Experience in all aspects of personal tax, partnership and trust tax
-Ability to lead and develop a small team
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop long lasting business relationships
