We’re working with a brilliant, well-established Scottish law firm to recruit an AML Analyst into their Compliance & Risk team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build or develop a career in AML and compliance within a supportive, people-focused professional services environment.

As an AML Analyst, you’ll work closely with lawyers and colleagues across the business, helping to ensure AML regulations are applied consistently and effectively. You’ll provide guidance, support due diligence, and contribute to wider risk and compliance projects.

• Supporting client and matter due diligence and risk assessments
• Providing guidance on Source of Funds / Source of Wealth checks
• Monitoring transactions and identifying AML risks or inconsistencies
• Assisting with AML policy and process development
• Supporting compliance training and awareness initiatives
• Researching regulatory developments and best practice
• Working collaboratively with teams across the firm

• Background in compliance in a law firm (or professional services)
• Some knowledge of UK AML regulations (training available)
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
• Organised, adaptable, and keen to learn
• Experience with compliance tools or process improvement is a plus
