A well-established financial advisory firm is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to join its client services team and either develop into a paraplanner or continue in senior IFA support. This role is ideal for someone with experience in wealth management who is looking to broaden responsibilities by combining client support with technical and analytical tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery
• Organise adviser schedules and manage client review processes
• Prepare documentation such as agreements, agendas, and reports
• Conduct research and review financial plans to support recommendations
• Deliver accurate and timely administrative and technical support
• Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
