R&D Tax Assistant Manager – Glasgow

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE

• Leading and managing R&D tax relief claims from inception to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Conducting detailed technical assessments and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and maximize R&D tax relief opportunities.
• Staying up‑to‑date with the latest developments in R&D tax legislation and ensuring compliance.

• A qualified tax professional (CTA/ACA/ACCA)
• R&D Tax exposure in the UK market
• Strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
