Finance Assistant (Part‑Time) (23 hours per week, 12 month fixed term) joining our Finance Team. Flexible working days across 3 days per week. Role can be based at Aberdeen or Glasgow office or hybrid; hybrid requires resident within reasonable commute and one day per week in office.
RoleAs a Finance Assistant, you will manage the sales ledger, customer invoicing and credit control. Generate and process invoices, resolve discrepancies and handle routine queries from internal and external customers professionally.
Job Responsibilities- Timely management of sales ledger

- Resolve discrepancies on invoices
- Respond to routine queries from internal/external customers

- Educated to Higher level or equivalent in a relevant subject
- High level numeracy skills with strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritise tasks while maintaining high quality
- Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously (work or academic)
- A positive attitude to problem solving and removing obstacles
- Ability to forward plan and work to tight deadlines
- Proficient spreadsheet (Excel) and PC literacy skills
- Ability to produce high quality and accurate work
